Encik Hafiz Imran Ahmad Rashidi, 46, a Malaysian, is the Alternate Director to Puan Hanizan Hood. He was appointed to the Board on 7 May 2026.

Encik Hafiz Imran is currently Vice President at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”), where he heads the Financial Institutions cluster within the Strategic Investments team. He is responsible for performance monitoring and value creation initiatives of PNB's strategic and core investee companies.

Encik Hafiz Imran has over 21 years of experience in investment, corporate finance & strategy, and value creation across multiple sectors, having joined PNB since August 2004.

Encik Hafiz Imran holds a Master of Engineering (Electronic Engineering) from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.
