Salahuddin began his automotive career in the finance department, where he spent more than 12 years building a strong and stable foundation. Challenging himself to grow further, Salahuddin moved to sales at Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC) Ford Penang, where he has now been for more than two years. The move allowed him to step out of his comfort zone and develop new skills. In sales, he interacts directly with customers, leads teams and plays a more visible role in driving business performance.
